The Land Registration Act 2002 came into force in October 2003, and since then new leases of 7 years or more, or existing leases sold with 7 years or more unexpired, must be registered with Land Registry along with a compliant Lease Plan.

We produce your lease plan based on these survey results. We use state of the art digital drawing systems to ensure accuracy, efficient drawing retrieval, and fast replication.
We deliver your lease plan to you as a highly quality printed copy ready for immediate insertion into the appropriate lease document.
Digital versions are also emailed and posted to you for future reference. We can provide these in a number of different formats such as PDFs or AutoCAD depending on your specific need. This completes the process
